78th Street Studios

The boys participated in an event called Art Cares Jr.  It is a fundraiser set up to help raise money for AIDS and HIV victims. Children are to create a masterpiece on a blank canvas which will be displayed at 78th Street Studios for a silent auction. 

Since the art show was at night we thought it would be best for Daddy and Allie to stay home and to have Mommy have a night with her boys. Not only were the boys proud to see their artwork 'hanging in a museum' but the time spent with just us three was priceless. I think we all forgot how much we needed and relied on one another a year ago, and how much we missed that time together now. We didn't want the night to end.

Valentine's Day at school

Liam and Cal both celebrated Valentine's Day at school the Thursday before. Cal had two parties: one with Mrs. Duke's class and one with Mrs. Wible's class.  Boxes were made. Valentine's were signed. Heart month is in full swing!

We also got our first true snowfall. In February! It was absolutely gorgeous outside.
